Bayern München 25-26 Home Kit Leaked

The leaked images of Bayern München's 2025–26 home kit have sparked significant controversy among fans. Traditionally associated with red and white colors, the club's supporters have criticized Adidas's bold design, which deviates from the classic style. The images, leaked by the specialized website Footy Headlines, show a jersey with unconventional lines and elements resembling church towers at the bottom, leading to predominantly negative opinions. Some fans have labeled it as "horrible" and even called for the dismissal of those who approved the design. This kit is expected to debut in the final match of the current season against Borussia Mönchengladbach at the Allianz Arena.

The design features a predominantly red jersey with three irregular white elements around the collar and abdomen areas, which fade slightly. The lower two elements resemble church towers, and together, they form a subtle "M" shape. Unlike the current version, the new kit replaces black applications with white ones. The release is planned for early May, with the debut set for the home game against Borussia Mönchengladbach on May 10, 2025.

In the past, fans have expressed strong criticism of alternative jersey designs. For instance, during the Oktoberfest match against Leverkusen, Bayern wore a gray special jersey, leading fans to display a banner stating, "§1 - The club colors are inviolable," highlighting their disapproval of design changes.

Footy Headlines also reported that the new home jersey would return to the traditional red and white colors, pleasing many fans who were dissatisfied with the current red-black color scheme. The exact design of the new red-white jersey is not yet known, but it is expected to go on sale in May 2025.

The leaked design has generated mixed reactions among fans, with some appreciating the homage to Munich's architecture and others criticizing the departure from tradition. As the official release approaches, it remains to be seen how the broader fanbase will respond to the new kit.
