Hamburg 24-25 Special Kit Released

Hamburger SV (HSV) has unveiled a limited-edition special kit for the 2024-2025 season, designed in collaboration with young female fans to commemorate World Girls' Day. This initiative underscores the club's commitment to promoting gender equality and inclusivity within the football community. ​

The jersey features a dark blue base complemented by light blue and neon orange accents along the sides. Unique illustrations, crafted by an HSV artist to reflect the values of the participating girls, are subtly incorporated into the lower part of the design. Prominently displayed on the back of the neck is the empowering message, "Love Hamburg - Hate Sexism," emphasizing the club's stance against discrimination. ​

Eight young female HSV supporters actively participated in a workshop where they contributed to the jersey's design elements. Each participant had the opportunity to create personalized back numbers that express their individual identities, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind football kit. ​

Additional design elements include the HSV diamond logo with championship star and Adidas logo on the chest, a "World Girls' Day powered by Helm" neck label on the inside, and a round neckline with classic neon orange Adidas three stripes on the shoulders. The white "Hanse-Merkur" sponsor logo appears on the front, while the "Plan International" logo is featured on the left sleeve. ​

The special edition jersey is available for purchase at a retail price of €90. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Plan International, a children's rights organization, further extending the jersey's impact beyond the football pitch.
