WERDER BREMEN REVEAL SPECIAL JERSEY FOR DIEGO'S TESTIMONIAL

In a heartfelt tribute to club legend Diego, SV Werder Bremen, in collaboration with their kit manufacturer Hummel and main sponsor MATTHÄI, unveiled a special edition jersey on March 5, 2025, ahead of the Brazilian maestro's testimonial match scheduled for March 22, 2025. This commemorative kit draws inspiration from the club's 2006/07 home design, marking Diego's inaugural season with the Green-Whites.

The jersey features a distinctive green, white, and orange color scheme, mirroring the iconic half-and-half design of the 2006/07 kit. Notably, the Werder diamond crest is centrally positioned on the chest, accompanied by Diego's name and his legendary number 10 emblazoned on the back. Additional design elements include green side stripes adorned with lettering and stars, enhancing the jersey's unique aesthetic.
