Footjerseys™ is committed to excellent customer service. We would like every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We take pride in the merchandise we sell and take every possible measure to ensure you are pleased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it in all conditions. To request a replacement, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email. Once we receive the photo, we will find an appropriate solution or issue a replacement for the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Custom Jerseys, special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Customized products, custom jerseys, special orders or personalized items, cannot be exchanged or returned. Orders with promotions, or gift cards, are also not eligible for returns. 


Customized products cannot be exchanged. For eligible items, please contact us at within 10 days of receiving the item to arrange an exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

We do not offer return shipping labels. All returns and exchanges shall be paid by customers.
