Footjerseys offers FREE Worldwide Delivery on all orders for a limited time only.

It usually takes 2-4 business days for our team to process your order & dispatch it.

Standard (Insured) 8 - 14 Business Days

Standard 9 - 17 Business Days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification from us with tracking info for your order. 

What happens if I don't receive my order?

In the event that you haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer service and, on the off chance that you don't get your order in a timely manner, we will do our best in locating your shipment and rectifying the issue immediately.

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender Footjerseys. Footjerseys will offer the customer store credits in the amount of their order less any expenses related to the failed delivery including return shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may incur; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be credited.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.

Wrong Address But Item Already Shipped

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you accidentally provide an incorrect address during the ordering process but notify us before your item is shipped out, we will make every effort to update the address to the correct one (please note that this is not guaranteed). However, if you inform us after your order has been shipped, it is considered your mistake and we will not offer a refund. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing your shipping address and ensuring there are no errors. If you do make a mistake, please notify us before your order is shipped to be eligible for an address change.

    • Please note that any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or processing charges (mounting to 5% of order value) may be non-refundable , depending on the circumstances.
    • Refunds will be processed promptly, but the time it takes for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
